Through both public and staff surveys, we gathered valuable input on how the current website is used, what challenges exist, and what improvements are most important moving forward.
🔍 Highlights from the survey:
Most visitors access the site weekly or monthly, primarily for city service information, events, and utility payments.
Respondents want a website that’s easier to navigate, with improved search functionality and updated content.
Both staff and the public identified the importance of mobile-friendly access and better organization of key services and documents.
This feedback is now being used to inform the design, navigation, and content priorities of the new website launching with GovStack.
As part of the City's website redevelopment process with GovStack, a public and internal staff survey was launched to gather feedback on website usability, content needs, and priorities.
