Help keep Yorkton clean

The City of Yorkton traditionally hosts an annual Spring Yard Waste Clean-Up Week. During this week, City Council waives landfill entrance fees to encourage residents, community groups, school divisions, and businesses to clean up their yards from winter debris like grass, leaves, and garbage. NOTE: This program does not cover disposal of trees, construction materials, and household items like furniture or mattresses. These items still require residents to pay standard entrance fees at the landfill.
