Week 7: August 10-14
Week 7 at S-CAPE Camp was another exciting week filled with creativity, activity, and new experiences! We had a special visit from Dance Innovations, where the campers had the opportunity to get moving and learn some new dance skills. The kids also got creative while making slime, stayed active during a fun CrossFit session, and cooled off with a trip to the pool. We enjoyed some time outdoors as well, spending a day at the park with a fun teddy bear picnic and getting together for a game of baseball.
The week also included some unique learning experiences. The campers had the opportunity to tour the old flour mill and learn more about its history, giving them a chance to explore something different from their usual camp activities. We also welcomed a guest who introduced the kids to mixed martial arts, giving them a fun and engaging look at the sport. From dancing and fitness to outdoor adventures, creativity, and learning, Week 7 was full of memorable moments and plenty of fun!
