Refund & Wait-list Procedures


  Requests must be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to the week being cancelled in order to receive a refund.
  Send requests by email to summer@yorkton.ca
  There is a $10.00 Administration Fee per cancellation.
  Notification of refund status will be provided within 3 days.

 

  Participants will be added to the wait-list on a first-come, first-served basis.
  When a spot becomes available, the person in the first position on the wait-list shall have the first right of refusal.
  Administration will make every attempt possible to contact the individual by phone, and will leave messages whenever possible.
  Those interested in taking the available spot much notify administration and pay the registration fees before 6:00 pm on the following day.
  At no time shall spots be saved on the wait-list for families wishing to register multiple children (siblings) in the program.
