Downtown & West Broadway Corridor Redevelopment Plan Round 2 Survey

Downtown and the West Broadway Corridor are important parts of the city, serving different but connected roles for businesses, services, travel, and daily life. Downtown is a historic civic and commercial hub, while West Broadway functions as a key gateway and commercial corridor linking neighbourhoods and destinations.

Earlier engagement helped us better understand how people experience these areas, what they value, and where they see opportunities for improvement. Using that feedback, the City has prepared a Draft Downtown and West Broadway Redevelopment Plan that outlines a vision, goals, and actions to guide future redevelopment and investment.

Before completing this survey, please take a few minutes to review the Draft Plan. The questions that follow are intended to gather your feedback on the proposed directions, priorities, and recommendations.
