Twinkle Tour
The Twinkle Tour is a festive community event where residents showcase their decorated homes on a shared map for everyone to enjoy holiday light displays. Submit your address to have your decorated holiday home included in the Twinkle Tour Google Map at www.yorkton.ca/twinkletour.
Deadline to submit your address is December 20th. -
Skate and Paint
The Kinsmen Arena is closing temporarily to allow for major ice system upgrades, but before work begins, join us for a public skate and then grab a brush and paint the ice before it’s gone for the season!
This will be the last day of ice in the Kinsmen Arena. Follow along on our Kinsmen Ice System Upgrades Project here.

12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. - Free Public Skating with Santa2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Paint the Ice (Brushes and paint will be supplied.)
Hot chocolate and cookies available to purchase from Slap Shotz Grill
Slap Shotz Grill will be open for additional food and beverage purchases throughout the event
Helmets are highly recommended for Public Skating and the Paint the Ice activities. -
Noon Year's Eve
Join us for a fun, family-friendly way to ring in 2025 - Noon Year’s Eve at the Gallagher Centre!
December 31st from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Gallagher Centre Flexihall with the countdown to 2025 at noon.Noon Year’s Eve is a FREE event for the whole family!
We’ll have bouncers from Kerr's Bouncers and Inflatables, and so much more!
SNS Concession will be open with food and beverages for purchase.

The skating pathway is located at Patrick Park
Work on the skating pathway will proceed if weather and resources allow.
Lights are on from dusk to dawn.

Toboggan Hills
Find a toboggan hill close to you!
Weinmaster Park - Beginner Hill - 122'
The smallest hill with less speed potential
Ideal for young children, families and first time tobogganers.
Knights of Columbus Park - Novice Hill - 164'
Slightly taller than Weinmaster with a manageable slope.
Suitable for riders with basic tobogganing skills. Offers more speed than a beginner hill.
Deer Park Golf Course - Intermediate Hill - 232'
A steeper hill than Knights of Columbus with increased speed potential.
Best for an experienced tobogganer who is comfortable with more speed and a longer run.
Rodney Ridge Park - Advanced - 252'
The tallest and steepest toboggan hill.
Best for experienced tobogganers looking for a thrilling and challenging experience.
Lights are on from dusk until 10:30 pm at all parks, except Deer Park.
