August 28, 2026 - Update

  • The wet weather has caused delays for Castle Construction, a total of 21 rain days have been calculated as lost production days.
  • Phase I is approximately 80% completed.
  • Fedorowich is scheduled to be completed the road surface base Friday Aug 28th.
  • Northstar Concrete is to begin concrete curb and sideway work, Saturday Aug 29th. (7-10 days) then Fedorowich can pave Phase I (Sept 21st).
  • Castle Construction has started Phase II with some water services.
  • Original planned completion for September 30th will now be October / Nov 2026
