2026 Concrete Replacement Program – (Northstar Concrete)

  • The project is approximately 95% completed, (ahead of the 2026 & 2027 paving programs)
  • Warranty work on Yorkroad and McBurney Dr. has started. Cracking in the curb & gutter and sidewalk replacements,

2026 Asphalt Paving Program – (Fedorowich Construction)

  • The project is approximately 80% completed.
  • Fedorowich plans to get back to this program the week of September 7th.
