Water Tower Rehabilitation Project

2023: The project began with the initial cleaning and inspection of the water tower. This was the first time the tower was taken offline and drained since its installation in 1999.

2024: Phase 1 upgrades were completed. These were upgrades we were able to complete with the tower online. Upgrades included:

1. Replacement of the galvanized ladder system.
2. Replacement of screens on vent and vacuum relief systems.
3. Upgrades to the aircraft warning light and controller.
4. Replacement of non-compliant fixed rail climbing system.
5. Installation of a rescue port at the base of the top landing.
6. Inspection of the exterior cone and shell surfaces.
7. Repainting of the lettering and banding.

2025: Phase 2 upgrades completed. These were upgrades we were able to complete with the tower offline. Upgrades included:

1. Replacement of corroded bolt sets.
2. New roof coating system.
3. Removal of the interior lining and coating.
4. Replacement of the failed interior rigging rail.
5. New interior lining system.
6. Installation of new passive mixing system.
7. Installation of new control valves and flow meter.
