  • June is Parks and Recreation Month

    June is Parks and Recreation Month and we're bringing you BINGO to celebrate!

    How to Play:
    • Print a card or pick up a copy at the Gallagher Centre Guest Services
    • Take a photo engaging in the activities on your card.
    • Complete all the activities on your card. Picture squares are free spaces.
    • Submit your photos here or tag your photos on your favourite social media platform using #YorktonJPRMBingo.
      Sharing photos is optional.
    • Bring your completed BINGO card to the Gallagher Centre Guest Services to receive a prize!
    • One card per person. One prize per person.

    In operation since 1921, Deer Park Golf Course is situated on the western side of Yorkton, and has established itself as one of the province’s premier 18-hole championship golf courses. Spanning 6,347 yards, the layout features rolling, tree-lined fairways set in a picturesque environment that any golfer will appreciate.

    To complement the course, a new award winning, full-service clubhouse was opened in 2023. Included in the facility is The Owl’s Nest restaurant and bar with interior seating, a three-season covered deck, and open patio dining areas. A fully stocked Pro Shop with CPGA certified staff are also available and ready to meet every golfer’s needs.

  • Catch and Release Trout Pond

    A fully stocked trout pond provides a natural ecosystem with educational opportunities.

    The trout pond is located in Logan Green


    A provincial license is not required, however hooks must be barbless and live bait is not allowed.

    A parking lot providing quick access to the fish pond is located off Queen street, adjacent to the Water Treatment Plant in Logan Green
