Welcome to the Godfrey Dean Cultural Centre - 49 Smith Street East
Includes the Godfrey Dean Programming Room and the Land Titles Building.
The facility houses the Godfrey Dean Art Gallery, located on the second floor, and the offices of the Yorkton Arts Council and Yorkton Film Festival.Programming Room

Capacity of 40 people
12 tables and chairs provided for rental to setup and tear down
Attached kitchenette with sink, stove, and fridge is available for use. Rentals must clean up after use or additional charges may apply.Land Titles Building
Separate entrance located on Third Avenue (west) side of the building
Capacity depends on setup- 100 for theatre style events (no tables)
- 80 for meetings/workshops (8’ rounds and 8’ rectangular tables)

- In through main (east) entrance
- Up elevator
- Down wheelchair lift into the Land Titles
Built in 1907, this building holds historic charm. With that said, it is constructed of plaster walls. The following hanging items are not permitted:
Duct tape
Scotch Tape
Tacks
Painters Tape
Command Strips - they are to be removed along with decoration -
