Skating Pathway

The Patrick Park skating pathway runs through Patrick Park and is approximately 0.4 kilometres (or a quarter mile) in length. It took 22,000 gallons of water initially to prepare the pathway for public use. The path is cleaned and flooded weekly, depending on usage. Maintenance flooding requires 1,000 gallons of water each time. Lights are on from dusk to dawn. |
